At Noble Phoenix Counseling, we believe every person has the ability to make meaningful change with the right support. Life can bring anxiety, panic, fear, depression, or difficult transitions, but growth begins when you reach out for help. Our mission is to provide a calm and supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and encouraged to move forward.

Each person’s story is unique, and the therapy process should be as well. I begin with Person-Centered Therapy to understand your experiences and goals. My integrative approach includes education, reflection, and practical strategies that help you manage challenges and build lasting skills.

I am Denise Childress, a Licensed Professional Counselor in The Woodlands, TX. I earned my Master of Arts in Counselor Education from Sam Houston State University with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health. My work is guided by the belief that every person holds the strength to rise from life’s challenges and move toward confidence, creating a plan, and living with purpose.

I work with clients who experience anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and major life transitions. My goal is to help you uncover your inner strength, gain practical tools, and move toward a life that reflects your true vision and goals.

Phoenix symbolizes resilience, growth, and renewal. Just as a phoenix rises from the ashes, counseling helps you rise after hardship and rediscover hope.
